At Reborn Fitness Club we have such a wide variety of sessions to cater for all needs and fitness levels. We not only have these classes available but we specialise each area with at least one of our Trainers having and extensive background in the Training style.
Circuit training is a simple but effective time based training session that includes body weight, strength, cardio and core. This is the perfect session to go at your own pace or push yourself to your limits.
The Reborn weights sessions are fully structured weight training programs focused on one or two muscle groups per day and are perfect for building strength and putting on muscle.
This class gives you the same quality and results of personal training, only in a group environment and is catered for beginners through to advanced!
H.I.I.T is high intensity interval training which is fun, fast and full of all the goodies including cardio, strength and core.
ZUU is a body weight work out using primal movement patterns and is great for injury prevention as you work through all planes of motion.
Zuu is also great for mobility with the sessions being high in intensity with many different formats from tabata to amrap style workouts that have great fat burning potential!!
Re-Fit is our most challenging session of the week and includes completing the exercises on the board in the fastest possible time.
Re-Fit normally consists of cardio with some body weight exercises but is always different so you never get bored.
TABATA is our fastest session of the week and includes short bursts of training with a short rest in-between. Usually consists of cardio, body weight and core exercises
The Reborn Boxing Class is suited for beginners and advanced with all sessions being ran different from technique to timed rounds and even including body weight exercises between sets and rounds.
ABT is a female only group session focusing purely on strengthening your and, butts and thighs!!
ABT usually consists of slow controlled movements which will target common problem areas for women which will leave you sore but loving these class’s!!
